Crystal Graham Statue & AJ Blogging Statistics 2

Happy Friday! (Fridays are always happy, aren't they?) Today we have a pretty cool statue of Graham the Monkey Alpha, in Epic Wonders.

AJHQ, if you want to really be awesome, make one of these for all the Alphas!

And for today's side topic, since I didn't prepare anything, I decided to do a sequel to the AJ Blogging Statistics I posted on Wednesday. So today, instead of hits, I will be grading on Followers. Unfortunately, not every blog has a Follower Widget. That means I have to leave them out, simply because I don't have any information.

Followers can tell a more accurate story of a blog, too. Some blogs might have 25 followers, but each views the blog 100 times a day. Another might have 500 followers, but each views it once a day. So followers tell how many people view the blog, hits count how many times people have viewed the blog.

That being said, even less popular blogs can have a ton of followers, especially if they have a lot of friends on Animal Jam. It would be impossible for me to look through every blog, so today I will just grade the seven I posted on Wednesday.

That is very different, isn't it? I had to leave out Insiders and Rage because I didn't have any info. Also, apparently Cheats & Codes didn't have a followers widget very long (put one up as soon as you make a blog!). But other than that, It seems like a big difference in hits can mean a little difference in followers.

If you know of an active Animal Jam blog with over 30 followers (that I didn't list here), tell me! I would be happy to add it.


A few extra blog updates... I am working on my Trading Central again, because other blogs are now making them and I've been working on this for months. I have about 100 item screenshots, haha.

Also, if you could, please follow this blog! I'm a bit "obsessed" as you might say, with how many followers I have. :P

Upside Down Chandelier & Adventure Ideas

I finally got into the April Fools' Party, after an hour of waiting. So now we have a new Upside Down Chandelier.

I'm sure everyone will thoroughly enjoy lighting their dens of fire. For 345 Gems... hehe.

You have, of course, noticed this blog is now green and brown! Past author BigCatsFoever helped give me ideas for color combinations, and this one seemed the best. I hope you like it! This is what BigCats thought, haha:

Today's side topic is my long-delayed idea for one of our Adventures/Quests! In my idea, we would find out Zios isn't dead, just a prisoner of the Phantoms. Enjoy reading!


There is a mysterious chest in the Chambers of Knowledge.

In order to open it, Jammers will have to solve a puzzle, or win a game. When they open it, they will find a note from Zios, the past King of Jamaa. It will read something like this:

"I, Zios, King of Jamaa, am taken captive by the Northern Phantoms and imprisoned in my own Chambers. They are keeping me here until the War is over, and they can safely make their way to their homeland.

I found the Map, which is also in this chest, dropped by one of the guards. You, my reader, have found this map and note, it is up to you to save me. By now I am in prison in the Phantom's Land, as the map shows.

Follow the trail marked on the Map. It will lead you to their secret base, where I will be hidden. It is up to you to save Jamaa's King."

The Map will show a trail that you must follow. It will lead through the next new land that Cosmo and the Koalas are discovering. It will go into a hidden cave in the Northern Mountains of the land. When Jammers go through the cave, it will be like a maze. They will have to find the right path. When you get to the other side, you will be in the Phantom's land. There you will have to find your way to Zios' prison by hiding from the Phantoms as they walk by (this may be in mini-game format). When you reach the prison, you will receive a special gem - in den item form.

By the time a certain amount of Jammers have completed this quest, or adventure, Zios will be rescued, and return to Jamaa! Then we will have our King again, and it will open up opportunities for more Adventures.

At the end of every quest, you would receive one of the special stones - a unique one for every adventure. They would become collectible, and very rare!

AJ Blogging Statistics

Sorry, I can't find the new item. Apparently it is in the April Fools' Party, which isn't on for two hours.

So, just because I have nothing else to write, here are some statistics for Animal Jam Blogging as of today.

Haha! Look at that. Were sitting comfortably in seventh place. Funny, 7 is my favorite number! But do you notice the huge precipice between Animal Jam Spirit and everything below it? That is kind of sad. Sure, its a good blog, but its so popular other blogs aren't even getting a chance.

Diamond Birthstone & AJ HQ Suggestions

Sorry, you were going to have a really early post, but I was so tired I couldn't even find the item. So, here it is, 3 hours later...

I have found only one new item today, in Epic Wonders Den Orb. The next addition to our birthstone collections, the Diamond Birthstone.

So, for today's side topic, I thought I'd post some suggestions for AJ HQ.

1: We should be able to turn off trade requests through our settings page, like we can do with buddy or      game invites.

2: Lost Temple of Zios should be Lost Kingdom of Zios. It adds to the history of Jamaa, implies he is a king instead of god, and sounds so much cooler all at the same time.

3: Nonmembers should be able to write in Jam-a-Grams by now. They said it was only going to be "tested" by Members, and then everyone could use it. We have waited long enough.

4: We should be able to see how many days we have played Animal Jam on our Player Card (like in Club Penguin). Mine would be like 850 days.

5: We should be able to have more than 100 buddies. I always feel bad when I have to say no to buddy requests, just because I've reached my limit. That would also allow Guides to have buddies, as there wouldn't be a limit to their buddies.

Do you agree with those five requests? If you do, maybe you could send AJ HQ some of the ideas I have. The more of us who say the same point, the more they listen.


Also, you may have notice some new "Extras" on the sidebar. The first is my Photography blog, you can check that out to see my photos. The second is my Recommended Blog list. Here I post my favorite blogs that deserve some support for all their work.

Don't just go there to ask me to put your blog up. I said I will check your blogs out, but rarely will I add it to the list. You have to show you are working hard on it. Jam On!

This is one of my all time favorite parties on Animal Jam! There are tricks and surprises around every corner. In case you are wondering, I am on my sister's account because she is a Member.

Did everyone have a happy Easter?

Today we have a.... I can't say it. Nonmember Rare Item Monday!!! It is in Jam Mart Clothing.

Not very cool looking, but it is still nonmember! And that price is weird, why 777?

Next we have our MMG (Monthly Member Gift) for April, the Spirit Armor!

It's probably our best Monthly Member Gift since Tail Armor in March 2012! We have had too many pets lately.
