New Code, Adventure Updates, and Medical Center

Hey, look at that, I managed to post two days in a row!

Today is update day, as I am sure you all know. The first update is a new Code:

AJBDAY3

Nice cake... haha. 

Click the purple Hot Cocoa Hut for a surprise! Also, the old code "birthdaybash" no longer works. I have updated the Codes Page. There is also this new party from last year:

Also, the Phantom Portal is now Nonmember! 

On top of that, there is an Adventure Shop, and a few other surprises in the Adventure Base Camp. I leave it to you to find out.

Finally, in Kimbara Outback we have the long awaited Medical Center! It isn't the same as the one that used to be in Jamaa Township.

I'm not sure if I like this or the other more. This is more modern, but it is bigger. The other was more wild looking, but it was smaller. Opinions?

Outback Imports, Spikes and Glitches

Today, as expected we have a new shop in the Kimbara Outback!

Very much like Jam Mart Furniture, and other rooms created in the beta period. I like it. :) Strange music, though. There are only three items in the shop so far, but they really do look like beta items! Good job, AJHQ.

Also big news, Spike Collars are being sold in the Diamond Shop in new colors! It's a good compromise, everybody can have a spike, and at the same time the old ones remain rare.

And for some strange reason AJHQ Jam-a-Grams say they are from "New Jammer".

You can also no longer search for a "blacked out" Jammer. And this is what you see while a profile is loading:

It's so precious... the flower is happy!

Traveling Animals, Photo Booth Contest & Summer Carnival

Sorry if the post isn't thrilling, the majority of today's update is in a party, which isn't on for hours. Ah, well. I'll post it later.

First of all, AJHQ has managed to get more animals on their way out of Jamaa.

Come on, and just in time for summer. D: I have memories of when these animals just came out in Summer 2011. And plus, in Spring animals migrate to colder places, to escape too much heat. Wonder why AJHQ never sent them away during the winter. >.<

There is also a photo booth contest, just dress up your animals, take a picture, and upload it to Jammer Central in Jamaa Township. Here are the ones I took:

By the way, the top one is my new main outfit. ;)

Moving on, AJHQ has done something good with this update. In Jam Mart Furniture, there is a new series of Garden plants, and their Nonmember!

 They are a lot of fun to have, they gradually grow and then you can pick them.

Photo Booth & Koalas Exploring

Today we have an awesome update in Jamaa! The biggest part is by far the new Photo Booth! Located in both Club Geoz and the theater lobby, the Photo Booth allows you to take and save photos of you animal in cool poses!

Isn't that cool? And it costs only 50 gems to take a photo! It seems that Member-Only animals can also do different poses, but I cannot confirm that.

Also, we have another MMG for April 2013, this time it is a Spirit Helmet, to match you armor! Looks like they really want more Members.

And, just like we expected, the Koalas and Cosmo are gone exploring for the new land! No koalas can be bought until they come back. PS: Remind me, I really want to right some stories about their adventures! :)

Also, AJHQ has created a good repellent for those annoying flash trades. You cannot except a trade until about two seconds of looking at it.

And last, and probably least, we have the new item, Sunflowers. They are in Jam Mart Furniture, though I wouldn't consider them furniture.

For some reason, Liza got lazy and decided to send Cosmo and the Koalas on a journey to discover a new land! For this reason, you only have two weeks to become a Koala. After that, you will have to wait for them to come back from their journeys!

New lands, codes, gifts, all very awesome. But the best part of this update has to be... ADVENTURES!!! They are finally coming! After all this time!

If you didn't know, Adventures were something AJHQ was planning to make in Beta Testing, but never got around to it. Jammers always wondered what they could mean, though.

Ol' Barn Den & Clover Earmuffs

Today was, I'll admit, probably the most boring update ever in Jamaa. There are only a few new things, and less that are worth mentioning.

First of all, the Ol' Barn Den is back, for all you horse lovers.

There is also one new item in Jam Mart Clothing, the Clover Earmuffs. These are resold from 2011 and 2012.

Yeah, pretty boring stuff. Hopefully tomorrow's side topic will compensate for these boring updates we keep getting.

Brady's Theater, Raccoons & More

March is here! Or, um, in Jamaa at least! Check the green everywhere in Jamaa:

Woah! I'm going to have to start working on a green-theme for this blog!

We also have an update today. The main updates were the new animal, Raccoons, and Brady Barr's Theater! I will start with Raccoons. The are pretty much what we expected! They are very similar to Foxes.

 Do you think Raccoons will become the new Fox? Tell me in a comment!

We also have Brady Barr's lab being updated. At first I was dissapointed, as his lab has a lot of memories, but AJHQ really made it look awesome! I think his lab used to be a hidden part of the Chamber of Knowledge, and that's why there are so many mysterious carvings and masks.

 See the writing above the theater door? I bet that is Jamaa's language! Pretty cool, right?

Wow, the theater is great! I feel guilty, it has conquered Sarepia Theater as my favorite theater. I just love all the carvings and torches.. so awesome.

Paradise Party & Nat Geo 125

Happy Friendship Festival everyone! Wow, an update! I always feel overwhelmed trying to post these. I will just post the major stuff.

There is a new Paradise Party, it looks really awesome! 

There will be a surprise guest too - Birds of Paradise! In the party, just click all the birds to get a prize!

Raccoons have also been confirmed as the new animal, coming soon!

Finally, Animal Jam is celebrating National Geographic's 125th anniversary! 

Around Jamaa there are banners that you can click to watch an awesome video! One is near the Mira Statue.

Great update, AJHQ! For a while there, I was afraid we were going to go back to the dark ages of 2012. This update is one of the best I've seen for a while!
