Fox Hat & 200 Items in Den

Today a very popular item in Jamaa has been resold... Fox Hats!

I'm a bit upset about this - just yesterday I traded for a Red one. But I am glad new Jammers can have their dream item, even if it isn't rare.

Hay Bale & How to Type All Words in Jam-a-Grams

Today we have another farm-ish item in Jam Mart Furniture, the Hay Bale. This is also resold from Summer 2012.

For our side topic, I have some cool news about writing in Jam-a-Grams. My brother, Metroleafs, told me about this, but I don't know who told him. Basically, there is a combination of keys you can press in order to type words you normally can't.

First of all, you need to be a Member (obviously) in order to type in the letter. Then, open your mail, select who to send it to, and start typing. When you start typing a word that they don't have in their dictionary, it will turn red and/or a word will pop up above it.

No, geckos are not ugly, but that's beside the point. 

This is the complicated part. When this happens, hold down Shift and Alt, and click Backspace until the red text and word popups disappear. Then you can keep typing, but remember to repeat this step every time a word turns red.

Note that you cannot send any mean words. In fact, my message in the screenshot up there didn't go through simply because I used the word "ugly". There are plenty of words, though, that do go through, because they cannot be used in a mean way. If it does not go through, the receiver of the Jam-a-Gram will only see "Animal Jam Rocks!".

Animal Jam Easter Egg Hunt Cheats 2013

Animal Jam's third annual Easter Egg Hunt is here! Click here for last year's hunt. The first hunt awarded an Easter Basket, the second an Egg on Pedestal, and this year? You'll have to wait and see! Here are all eight egg's locations:

NOTE: Be nice and don't block the Eggs! (By standing in front of them) If you do, nobody can finish and get the prize!

1. Jamaa Township

To the right of Mira's statue at the top of the land.

2. Mt. Shiveer

Straight up from the entrance to the lake, next to the Seal Carving.

3. Sarepia Forest

Above the slide, where you start where you teleport to the land.

4. Coral Canyons

Half way up the path to Sky High and the Arch, on the Epic Wonders/Waterfall side.

5. Canyons Pathway

To access this room, go to the far right exit of either Coral Canyons or Crystal Sands. The Egg is at the bottom of the room, near the Crystal Sands entrance.

6. Crystal Sands

Below the stairs to Tierney's Aquarium on the far right of the the land.

7. Lost Temple (Kingdom) of Zios

Just before the path across the river to the left of the land.

8. Appondale

At the middle-top of the land, in between the Pet Shop tree and Pest Control.

Rare Knight Armor & Secret Color

Wow, Animal Jam is finally online. That was quite possibly the longest time AJ has been offline. I guess they had problems with today's Monday Rare, which is on the first page of Jam Mart Clothing. It goes with last week's Rare.

Today's side topic is about secret colors. Secret colors are colors that do not appear on the color pallet. The first one was available in 2011, a sort of crimson shade. You could get it by clicking exactly to the right of light green on the color pallet while editing your animal.

When we got the new color pallet in 2012, the secret color disappeared. Then, after much complaint, it returned. But it was a diferent color, this time a frosty light blue! You can get this color today.

To get this color, go onto the page to edit your animal. Click exactly to the right of the purple color.

If it doesn't work, keep trying. Hope you liked this guide! You can use this light blue color on any part of your animal.

"Guide" Grants 1000 Gems!

   It's been about 2 years since I last saw a Guide. The last time I saw one, they were playing "Shaman" Says, and when I won I was granted 30 gems for free. About half a year ago, I found a way to trick your account that a guide gave you gems. Now, I will explain to everybody how to do it! All you need is an account with a working code that hasn't been used. Here are the steps:

1. Log in to Animal Jam, and chose any server.

2. Make a new tab and go to Animal Jam. Click "log out".

3. Type in the username and password for the account you are logged in to on the other tab. Then type in any working code that hasn't been used on your account, and log in. One currently working code is "discovery".

4. Go on the other tab, and you should get this pop up!

   That is the same message I got 2 years ago when a guide gave me gems. :) I think one of the worst mistakes AJHQ ever made was taking away the guides. They used to throw parties, tell stories, play games, and they were just an over all good influence on the game. Honestly, I have no idea why they would remove them, unless it was a money issue, which shouldn't be a problem now.

Zios Skway

Hey Jammers!

Today I will be sharing with you the Zios skyway! It's my favorite skyway so far, so I thought you might like to know about it.

First, you stand in this area.

Now, click the window and the door over and over. You might get into Brady Barr's lab, but keep trying.

Try to get your animal to move back and forth over the rocks. Eventually, you'll get up the rocks, enabling you to get onto the wall.

You can move pretty much everywhere. Here are a few spots I normally enjoy:

And over here, you have the choices of going on top of the Chamber of Knowledge, and you can head over to the vines, and go down by the river. Just make sure not to touch the ground!

Enchanted Hollow Skyway Walkthrough

Hey Jammers!
Spino11 here, with something you guys might find interesting - the Enchanted Hollow skyway glitch! Since geckoguy told us all just to post interesting topics, that's what I'll do.

First stand in the bottom corner of the lowest floor next to the already built-in bookcase.

Now click just about where the entrance to the upper floors is.

Next select another Jammer's player card, games, and then choose a game, it can be any.

Be sure to cancel quickly or the glitch won't work!

Then, if you did it right, you'll begin running up the walls!

Just click again to ensure you stay there - and you're done - happy flying!

How to get a Free Animal

How to get a free animal when Membership runs out:
First of all, I am the FIRST person to find this, so if you post it give me credit. Also, you usually aren't gaining anything because you have to recycle everything you have except for one member animal and the somehow get rid of the gems... anyway, here are the steps.

1: Have a Member account, preferably not your main account.

2: Send away all your items to another account.

3: Recycle every animal you have except for one Member animal.

4: Use all your gems to buy items and send them to another account.

5: Wait until your Membership runs out and log in.

6: It should offer to let you choose 2 nonmember animals, as usual, but since you don't have any, you have to   buy one, but you don't have any gems!

7: Click the button to buy an animal and this should pop up

See how the price tag says "Free" although it is red? Now just click "Buy" and you have a Free animal!

8: Now more glitches! The screen will tell you to select the animals you want to keep. When you click your free animal, nothing happens!

9: Now you have to log out, and then log back in. Everything should be normal, and you can keep your free animal!
